PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is a special type of jib crane. The requirement of the customer is such that the jib crane has to be reached for work handling on entire shop floor. In this case traditional jib crane of fixed type cannot fulfil the requirements and other options of material handling are also not cost effective as per the need of customer. So this innovative idea of moving jib crane on a trolley becomes need of hour and we executed the same. The design of jib crane is similar to traditional but entire column of jib crane is mounted on the trolley frame fabricated using square tube and plates. The trolley frame is mounted on two fixed wheels and two swivel wheels. A steering handle is provided for ease of mobility of trolley.

Due to this unique design the jib crane, it can reach every corner of shop floor area as compared to traditonal jib crane reach ( specified circular area). The design ensures the safety of operator and load as enough factor of samefety is maintained.
